How quickly can I start using my account?

For customers on Shopify or BigCommerce platforms, integration is nearly seamless with your store account. Once you add the ContactPigeon app from the marketplace, you can kick off your campaigns straight away.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 14-day free trial for clients of Shopify or BigCommerce. You can create an account and sync your data within the platform, design and customize campaign template and explore the various ContactPigeon features for free. Please note that during the trial phase, email sends are limited to 500 emails. This limitation is imposed to combat Spam and fraud, maintain our sender reputation to protect all of our clients. You will be prompted to upgrade once you exceed that limit.

What are my payment options?

For monthly subscriptions, we offer credit card payments or billed via Shopify / BigCommerce marketplace. If you choose an annual subscription, you have the option to be invoiced via ACH or Wire.

What type of support would I get?

We offer variety of support options to get you started. Depending on your plan, you may have access to the following:
