Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-Day Free trial where you can experience the full features of ContactPigeon. You can create an account, update contacts, design campaigns and automations, and many other features for unlimited number of contacts. Once the trial ends, you have the option to continue using ContactPigeon's email campaign features for Free, or upgrade to a premium plan to access full automation capabilities.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. You can set up recurring hassle-free payments to be deducted monthly from your card while you maintain an active account with us. You have the option to cancel plan at point in time without penalty.
What's the difference between monthly and annual payments?
Annual plans are billed upfront, and offer 12 months at the price of 10 (e.g., 2 months free). You can upgrade an annual plan at any time during your subscription or downgrade when your current subscription expires. Monthly plans are pay as you go. They are billed monthly, and can be paused, cancelled or reactivated at any point in time. We will keep your data secure and untouched until you return.
What happens when my subscribers grow or add more subscribers than my plan allowed?
No worries. If you go over the number of contacts in your plan, we will give you the option to upgrade your plan to the next tier. You'll always be asked to confirm the upgrade before it happens.
